If you are unhappy with your order. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your item(s) to return your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return postage must be marked within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will ask for photographs of the item(s) and review them. If we decide the order was indeed damaged in the shipping process, you will be issued a refund.
